  7. IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: You must accept the terms this End
  8. User License Agreement ("EULA") before using this SOFTWARE
  9. product ("SOFTWARE"). If you do not accept the terms of this
  10. EULA, you are not authorized to use the SOFTWARE.

  12. Copyright

  14. The SOFTWARE is a copyrighted work protected by United States
  15. copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The
  16. SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
  17.  
  18. Attempting to reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or
  19. otherwise discover the source code of the SOFTWARE is illegal
  20. and shall constitute a violation of this EULA. No portion of
  21. the SOFTWARE, including but not limited to, programs,
  22. algorithms, codes, texts, images, or sounds may be modified,
  23. adapted, translated, copied, stored, distributed, used or
  24. accessed in any way except as detailed in this EULA.

  26. Registered Version
  27.  
  28. One registered copy of the SOFTWARE may only be in use on a
  29. single computer system at any given time. If the SOFTWARE is
  30. being used simultaneously on more than one computer system,
  31. you must purchase a license for each computer system.

  33. If the SOFTWARE is accessed through a network, you must
  34. purchase a license for each workstation that the SOFTWARE is
  35. accessed on, regardless of whether the SOFTWARE is used at
  36. different times or concurrently.

  38. Transfer

  40. An end user license may be transferred to a third party with
  41. their prior agreement to be bound by all the terms of this
  42. EULA. Upon such a transfer, the previous owner of the end
  43. user license agrees that their rights to it are terminated
  44. and that they will promptly discontinue using the SOFTWARE.

  46. Distribution

  48. Disclosing or making registration codes publicly available
  49. is illegal and shall constitute a violation of this EULA.
  50. The SOFTWARE cannot be re-sold or used in any profit-making
  51. activities, including but not limited to, distribution as
  52. part of a commercial product or service, without the prior
  53. written consent of Partridge Software.

  55. The evaluation version of the SOFTWARE may be freely copied
  56. and distributed as long as Partridge Software is identified as
  57. author of this product; exact and unmodified copies of both
  58. the SOFTWARE and documentation are provided; and that the
  59. evaluation version is not sold for any cost.

  61. Governing Law

  63. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern the terms of
  64. this EULA.

  66. Disclaimer of Warranty

  68. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
  69. WITHOUT WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE
  70. VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH THIS
  71. SOFTWARE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  72. PURPOSE IN OFFERED. GOOD DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE DICTATES
  73. THAT ANY SOFTWARE BE TESTED THOROUGHLY WITH NON-CRITICAL DATA
  74. BEFORE DEPENDING ON IT. PARTRIDGE SOFTWARE SHALL IN NO WAY BE
  75. HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFIT THAT RESULTS
